Swiss canton of Bern proposes banning mountain-biking

I think this law is pretty messed up. There is so much mountains i switzerland why can't some bikers build some singletrails there? They are not hurting the nature in any way at all.

It IS a life choice. I have NOTHING except my downhilling. I'm always broke I don't even have a TV all I do is being broke and riding my bike because that's the only thing I've ever done that let's me be completely free and happy in my mind. I don't care about things like a nice home, a nice car, eating good food or having clothes that don't have holes in them. I like to live this way because you apreciete what you have soo much more!

Is that a Transition 250? I'm thinking about selling my Devinci wilson DH rig and buy a 250 instead but I've never ridden a bike like the TR250, How doeas it handle rough terrain? And how does it handle steep trails? Sick picture btw!
